Seven tips to a strong nervous system during tapas

In the past two and half months, I have been volunteering in a global digital project assigned by my Guru, HDH Bhagavan Nithyananda Paramashivam (fondly known as Swamiji) in preparation for the launch of the world’s first digital nation – ShriKailasa!

To me, this project has been an intense spiritual training ground to evolve each disciple in various dimensions such as leadership consciousness, completion of conflict-resolution, will persistence and mental strength, a real test to one’s nervous system as we undergo the demand of the workload and volunteering for long hours in different time zone.

Science of Pranayama

For the first time, I am going to share the science of Pranayama in the second module of Mothers Love Kids Yoga Teachers Training next month. The content is not confined to what I have learned in my yoga teachers training but I will also be transmitting the experiences in my muscle memory and bio memory from the initiation I received from my Guru, Bhagawan Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam (fondly known as Swamiji).  

What is pranayama?

The word pranayama comprises of two roots: prana plus ayama. ‘Prana’ means ‘vital energy’ or ‘life force’. ‘Ayama’is defined as ‘extension’ or ‘expansion’. Therefore, the word ‘Pranayama’ means ‘extension and expansion of prana’.

eN-Kriya: a sacred secret to awaken your possibility

In January 2011, I was initiated into this powerful technique called eN-Kriya by my Guru, his name is called Paramahamsa Nithyananda, a living avatar (fondly known as Swamiji). Through this powerful technique, he awakened my inner potential energy – Kundalini Shakti. I practised this technique for nine months and I underwent many transformations in the body-mind and consciousness. My body is now able to sit in Padmasana (lotus pose) for an hour and I can simply unclutch very deeply after eN-Kriya which takes me to very fascinating spiritual experiences beyond this plane.

eN-Kriya is one of the ancient secrets delivered to the world in the Hatha Yoga tradition by the great masters Matsyendranath and Gorakhnath, preserved, protected, practiced and preached by the Hatha Yoga samprathaya (lineage) yogis.
