That year was 2005, one evening I had my 1.5 year old son playing besides me on a bed and suddenly a negative thought came into my inner space – “What if I die at this moment?” Suddenly, I experienced an intense fear through out the whole body with my heart palpitating in such a fast speed. Having learned yoga since 2000, I knew the spirit is eternal but I also understood that it had not become my own experience yet. The immediate next thought I had was – “I need to learn how to meditate and start understanding the deeper truth in life.”
For the last few days, I became aware of a subtle pain pattern of self-denial, a feeling of being stretched by a rapid expansion in my life and a certain resistance to change and not being able to balance my life. This happens only after the first layer of pain patterns were completed. Life is revealing to me the more deep-rooted pain patterns which are hidden nicely inside and impeding my spiritual growth.
The clicks finally came to my cognition after seeking the Divine’s help to reveal the deeper truth of which I was stuck. So I decided to share with the world the deeper secrets of Universe in this article.
The first truth is – Universe is not independent of our participation. Universe happens as we experience because we participate in a particular way. When our participation changes, when the mood of our participation changes, when the attitude of our participation changes, the universe changes as well. All the different minds in the world experience the universe in different ways, so it does not have a definite existence. Even though Universe does not have a definite existence, but it creates the impact of existence on us, this is the reason why the universe is named as Maya (illusion).
Have you ever felt that there are times when your life is filled with hostilities?
Hostility means when we are constantly threatened from life situations which make feel us suffocated. Hostilities can come from our parents, in-laws, siblings, spouse, children, organizations or communities.
In my life, I grew up with a hot-tempered and violent mother and constantly I lived in fear and low self esteem during my growing-up years. Many times I used to wonder – why did I take birth through her, someone who was so filled with anger and violence?
It was only after listening to one particular discourse which was delivered by Paramahamsa Nithyananda, my spiritual guru that gave me a big click and it changed the way I respond to hostility.
